How do I schedule a message?

After you have created your message and selected the social media channels, you can schedule it. Click on the clock icon or the date below the message field to set the desired publication date and time. In order to give your promoters time to review, you’ll have to schedule 72 hours or more ahead*. Then click on ‘Set’ and then the Schedule button to schedule the message.

  • During a trial you can publish a message at any time. Please note that Promoters do not receive a notification and can not review when the time to publish is less than 24 hours.
