The maximum length of the text message depends on the social networks that you have selected. If you have (also) selected Twitter, the text may not be longer than 280 characters.
For LinkedIn (company pages) you have 600 characters at your disposal and for Facebook (pages) 5,000.
If your text is longer than 280 characters, it is advisable to draw up two messages: one for Twitter and one for Facebook (pages) and LinkedIn (company pages).
