Via PostSpeaker, you can send an invitation by email to potential promoters. To make it easy for you, we have created a standard text for the subject and the message. You can also adjust these. Make sure you do not delete the merge tags and do not forget to save your settings.

Go to ‘Promoter teams’ and select the team whose invitation you would like to change. Choose the tab ‘Customize’. If you scroll down a bit, you can set the:

• sender from name
• reply-to email address
• subject
• message text
