If you invite new promoters via the mail function or signup link, they are automatically added to the relevant Promoter team. 

If you create a new Promoter team and you already have promoters, you have to add the promoters to it. This works as follows: go to ‘Promoter teams’ in the menu and click on the Promoter team you want to add promoters to. Then click on the button ‘Add promoters’ and choose the tab ‘Project members’. Select the promoters you want to add to the Promoter team and click ‘Add to Promoter team’.
