Once your promoters are added to your Promoter team you can compose your message(s). Go to ‘Manage posts’, select your Promoter team, the social networks, compose your message and schedule it by clicking on the clock icon. Finally, push the ‘Schedule’ button.

You must give your promoters time to review your posts, therefore your posts are sent to them 72 hours before the actual publishing deadline. Your promoters will be notified by email twice: in the morning after you have scheduled your post(s) and 24 hrs. before the post(s) will be published.
