Yes, that’s possible. Go to ‘Manage posts’ and click on the ‘Published’ tab. Then click on ‘Stats’ at the bottom of the message. You will receive an overview on which you can see per promoter who has changed or rejected a message. If a message has been changed, you can read the adjusted text by placing your mouse on the right side of ‘Details’.
